Det har blivit lördag och dagen är uppdelad i två helt olika delar. Förmiddagen är vi i Kibera och träffar många barn - både sponsrade och andra. Det är helt fantastiskt att se glädjen i deras ögon. Även om vi bara har med oss lite ballonger, såpbubblor och "flerpar". Eftermiddag och kväll innehåller tre, vilket visade sig bli fyra, olika musikkårsbesök. I tur och ordning Nairobi Central Corps med både "Territorial Womens Band" och "Nairobi Central Corps Band". Ett rejält repetitionspass med "Nairobi Central Band" innan nästa stopp är hos musikkåren i Mathare där jag har förmånen att få spela med i ett par stycken. Slutligen, innan det blir kväll, är det dags för Quarry Road och deras musikkår med repetition av två stycken, som skall spelas under söndagens gudstjänst. Innan det blir dags för sängen är klockan redan "tidig söndag".

It´s now Saturday and this day is devided into two completely different parts. First we are going to Kibera in order to see a lot of children, both sponsored and others. It´s amazing to see the joy in their eyes. Even if we only bring some ballons, soap bubbles and "flerps". Afternoon and evening will be three, in fact four, different band visits. Starting with Nairobi Central Coprs with both "Territorial Womens Band" and "Nairobi Central Corps Band". We have a rather hard rehearsal with "Nairobi Central Band" before next stop at the Mathare Corps Band. There it´s my previlage to take part playing in a couple of arrangements. Finally, before going back "home", it´s time for Quarry Road and their band with a rehearsal of two different arrangements, both expected to be played during Sunday Morning Service. Before going to bed it´s already "early Sunday".
